Chlorinated Paraffin Wax (CPW) is a chlorinated hydrocarbon product widely used as a secondary plasticizer and flame-retardant additive in PVC and various industrial formulations. It provides good compatibility, chemical resistance, low volatility and cost-effective plasticization.
CPW is commonly used alongside primary plasticizers such as DOP/DOTP to improve formulation economics and provide additional performance characteristics.
Key Features:
Applications: Widely used in PVC compounds, PVC cables and wires, footwear, hoses, flooring, artificial leather, rubber products, paints and coatings, sealants, adhesives and other polymer applications.
